All presenting authors are kindly asked to transfer their presentation to the conference laptop latest directly in the breaks before their session in their respective room. Participants will not be allowed to use their own personal laptops to present their work. They are kindly requested to hand a USB-Stick with their presentation to the conference assistant.
The preferred media for presentations is Microsoft Power Point or Adobe PDF (a template for Power Point Presentation is provided on the conference’s webpage). It is recommended that the presenters do not use any special compression codec for the animations. The conference computers will have Microsoft Office 2010 and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The duration of each oral presentation is 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for questions and discussion). If the presenter takes more than the scheduled time, the discussion time may be reduced or cancelled accordingly. Presenters should contact their session chairperson 10 minutes before the session.
The poster session will take place in the afternoon of Monday and Tuesday 27th and 28th August. Presenters of posters are kindly asked to hang up their posters in the lunch break or coffee break before the Poster Session.
